Shipping Info
United States Shipping
All items are shipped with USPS First Class which is the cheapest shipping method available. This option contains no insurance and takes approximately 2-8 business days to arrive.
We offer shipping upgrades to USPS Priority Flat Rate which includes insurance and these parcels will take approximately 2-5 business days. This shipping method is a few dollars extra compared to the USPS First Class.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your items have shipped. They will be located in your account under orders.
Free shipping is available on orders over $35 after discounts.
All items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that during busy seasons, orders may take longer to ship due to large amount of packages at the post office.
International Shipping
All items are shipped with USPS First Class International.There are available insurance options. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your items have shipped. They will be located in your account under orders. Delivery time frame is 7-20 days.
At this time, international shipping speed is still impacted by the pandemic.
International buyers are responsible for any and all Custom Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees associated with their order.
Domestic and International Shipping
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. During periods of high order volumes like sales and holidays, your order will take longer due to shipping delay. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
Busy seasons such as sales or holidays will cause shipping delay due to high volume of packages at the post office.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Loving Mystic Mantis is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost Packages
If your package has been deemed lost (over 30 days with no movement on the tracking number), then a full refund will be issued. However, Loving Mystic Mantis CANNOT refund a package that was shipped to the wrong address, marked as delivered or were misplaced by USPS. All orders come with a tracking number - if your order has not arrived in the specified time frame, then please contact your shipping provider.
This is an awful thing to happen. If you have not received the package in the stated time frames, please contact me and I will help to the best of my ability to track down your package with you.
If the package gets returned to me due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for the reshipping fees.
